Maxline offers three flexible subscription tiers, billed monthly in Seychelles Rupees (SCR). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

  • Duration: 14 calendar days from registration date
  • Limitations: Limited to 3 declarations during trial
  • Credit card: Not required to start; only needed to upgrade
  • Expiration: Trial credits expire after 14 days and cannot be extended

When your trial expires, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Maxline. Your declarations and documents are preserved.

Billing & Invoicing

Billing for Maxline works as follows:

  • Monthly cycle: Billing occurs on the same date each month (e.g., if you subscribe on March 15, you're billed on the 15th of each month)
  • Currency: All billing is in Seychelles Rupees (SCR)
  • Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer (Enterprise only)
  • Invoice: Detailed invoice emailed to your account email after payment
  • Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Cancellations take effect at end of current billing period
  • Failed payment: If payment fails, you have 7 days to update billing info. After 7 days, account access is suspended

Upgrading & Downgrading

Change your plan anytime from your account settings.

  • Upgrade: Changes take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing month, then the new rate applies next month
  • Downgrade: Changes take effect at the start of your next billing month. The downgrade is applied on the renewal date
  • No overage charges: If you exceed your monthly declaration limit, we'll notify you. You can upgrade anytime to increase your limit

Cancellation

You can cancel your Maxline subscription at any time.

  • How to cancel: Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • When it takes effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Data retention: Your declarations and documents remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation for download
  • Re-subscription: You can reactivate your account at any time by signing up again

Account Management

Update Billing Information

Go to Account Settings → Billing. Update your credit card, billing address, or email address at any time.

View Invoice History

All invoices are stored in Account Settings → Billing History. Download and print invoices for accounting/tax purposes.

Team Management

Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple team members. Add users in Account Settings → Team Members. Customize permissions per user.

Usage & Analytics

Monitor your declaration usage in the dashboard. See declarations created, remaining quota, and month-to-date spending.

Pricing FAQ

What happens if I exceed my monthly declaration limit?

You'll receive an email alert at 80% usage. You can upgrade anytime to increase your limit. Exceeding the limit doesn't automatically suspend your account.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Enterprise plans offer 20% off annual billing. Professional plans get 10% off monthly renewal. Contact sales for custom Enterprise pricing.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try before buying. After purchasing, refunds are not available, but you can downgrade or cancel anytime with prorated adjustments.

Do you have non-profit or educational pricing?
